The Second-Year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) is recruiting new faculty mentors for the 2023-24 academic year (fall and spring semesters). We are looking for faculty who would be interested in mentoring a cohort group of approximately 15 second-year students for an academic year.
The cohort of students for each mentor are drawn randomly, so faculty mentors have the pleasure of working with students from numerous disciplines and majors across campus. STEP also has financial benefits for faculty, including supplemental compensation and professional development funds.
