PUBHHBP 7570: Obesity, A Multidisciplinary Approach

This course examines the context, causes, and consequences of obesity in the United States today. We will begin with an examination of trends in obesity and a description of the scope of the program. Next, the course will examine physiological, psychological, sociological, and economic factors that contribute to the obesity problem.
