DEI Panel: LGBTQ+ and Health Care Disparities

Graduate students from the School of Health and Rehabilitation Science physical therapy program host a panel with LGBTQ+ individuals to discuss their experiences with health care
This meeting, led by Ohio State physical theraphy students Ashleigh Varner and Alex Kozich, aims to provide an educational session on diversity, equity and inclusion to help combat some of the discrepancies individuals of various minority populations experience in the healthcare environment. The LGBTQ+ panel will feature five individuals of various sexual orientations and gender identities, allowing for a perspective from various populations within the LGBTQ+ community.
