Register to join your College of Public health peers in learning about the public health-related policy changes passed during Ohio's lame duck session.

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence Committee welcomes Micah Berman, Stephen F. Loebs Professor in Health Services Management and Policy, to recap Ohio's 2024 lame duck session - the state legislature's last sprint to pass new policy in a given legislative cycle.

Event objectives are as follows: attendees will gain an understanding of what public health-related bills passed during lame duck in Ohio, as well as what happens to bills that did not pass; attendees will be in community with public health peers to learn about the policy landscape.

This event is open to College of Public Health students, staff, faculty and alumni. Cookies and hot beverages will be provided.
