CEO of PrimaryOne Health Charleta Tavares hosts a Quarterly Community Health Advocacy Breakfast Forum which is co-sponsored by Franklin County Public Health. The forums help to address health and the social drivers or determinants that negatively impact the health outcomes among African/Black, people of color and culturally underserved populations.
What is a Quarterly Community Health Advocacy Breakfast?
These forums are designed to help us to understand the healthcare landscape in our community and how SDOH can and do affect health outcomes. The forums also provide you with information to assist you in advocating for healthcare, social and other policies, funding, and programs to meet the needs of our community and residents.
