Learn strategies specific to public health students to take care of yourself, protect your mental health and access Ohio State’s well-being resources.

The field of public health has been the focus of many recent headlines and policy changes. This can have a significant effect on the mental health and well-being of students in our college. Facilitated by Ven Palmieri, Phd, embedded psychologist for the College of Public Health, we will discuss the impact current events may have on your mental health and identify resources available to support public health students’ mental health. We will also review skills to mindfully engage with social media and the news, navigate disagreement, take care of your mental health and practice sustainable activism.
