2024 MARC Scholars information sessions

The Ohio State University’s T34 grant Maximizing Access to Research Careers is a two-year research-intensive training program for students interested in pursuing a PhD or an MD/PhD in the biomedical sciences.

The application for the 2024 cohort is open now.

The program's mission is to increase diversity in the next generation of biomedical scholars doing impactful research. Ohio State junior and senior students who are in biomedical science, basic science or STEM majors (including public health) are eligible to apply.

It covers tuition and a monthly stipend. In return, students are paired with a faculty mentor to conduct research and engage in weekly activities with the other students in the cohort.

Applications are due Feb. 15.
