The 39th annual Edward F. Hayes Advanced Research Forum will be held 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. Graduate students and postdocs interested in presenting research should apply by Monday, Dec. 9, at 11:59 p.m.
Graduate students and postdocs at Ohio State have the opportunity to present their research in poster or oral/paper formats. The Hayes Forum is an interdisciplinary event that showcases the research of graduate students and postdoctoral scholars across Ohio State and promotes fruitful exchanges between graduate students, trainees, faculty, the administration and the public. In addition, the Hayes Forum is a chance for graduate students and postdocs to win cash prizes in recognition of their exemplary research (cash prizes for all competitions this year total more than $17,000).
The abstract submission deadline for the 2025 forum has been extended and is now Monday, Dec. 9, at 11:59 p.m. Information about the Hayes Forum and applying to it (including eligibility rules, abstract and application requirements, academic areas and abstract evaluation) can be found on the Council of Graduate Students website.
