Starting Aug. 2, merit increase notifications are available for campus tenure, clinical and research track faculty and non-bargaining unit regular staff.
To view your merit statement, log into Workday and click on the merit announcement, located on the home page. Merit increases can be given as part of an employee’s base pay and/or in a lump-sum amount. The notification letter shows both base pay and lump-sum amounts. Base pay changes are effective Aug. 15 for faculty and Sept. 1 for non-bargaining unit staff.
Note: Merit notifications do not include bonuses or other additional types of income.
