  🎖️ Student Poster Presentation Award – New for 2025!
The Student Poster Presentation Award is new at this year’s symposium. All researchers, including faculty, professionals, students and trainees, are encouraged to submit and present a poster at the symposium. However, to ensure a fair and supportive comparison of academic work at similar career stages, only students and postdoctoral researchers will be considered for the poster award competition.

  • Submission Deadline: March 12, 2024
  • Next Steps: Once you register and submit your abstract, participants for poster awards will receive a confirmation email with instructions to upload your poster file prior to the symposium.
  • Evaluation: At least three reviewers will assess your abstract and poster, and your oral presentation will be evaluated during the event on April 7.
  • Awards: Certificates and prizes will be given to the top 3 outstanding poster presentations.
