Study Coordinator Position at Nationwide's Center for Injury Research and Policy

Work alongside experts in transportation safety and injury prevention, contributing to cutting-edge research that makes a real-world impact!

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded study on cell phone use while driving (R01: Randomized Trial on Mobile Technology to Reduce Young Drivers’ Cellphone Use). You will also contribute to projects on distracted driving, drugged driving, teen driving, and child passenger safety.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit study participants
  • Conduct questionnaires and interviews
  • Manage study timelines and ensure IRB compliance
  • Assist with various research tasks as needed
  • Some local travel may be required for study-related activities 

Who Should Apply?

  • Undergraduate degree in Public Health or a related field
  • Experience in participant recruitment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to start in Summer 2025
