Building Repairs, Maintenance and Custodial Requests
For urgent or routine repairs, maintenance or custodial requests, please call 614-292-HELP (4357), send an email to service2facilities@osu.edu, or fill out an online form.
For non-urgent items, including questions about facilities or space-related items, please email CPH-Facilities@osu.edu.

Building Access Requests
To request after-hours BuckID access to Cunz Hall, please access this link: request after-hours BuckID access. A paper form is also available within the Office of Academic Programs and Student Services in Cunz 100.
If you are having trouble using your BuckID with the Cunz Hall building locks, please email CPH-Facilities@osu.edu.
Room Reservations
To reserve meeting and event space in Cunz Hall, follow the instructions provided in the sections below. Alternatively, you can request meeting space by filling out the request form.
Huddle rooms
CPH faculty, staff, and students in need of a private space to work may reserve these private offices. They can accommodate 1-3 occupants simultaneously.
Detailed instructions on how to reserve these spaces through Outlook Calendar are available here: how to reserve spaces. After booking, Outlook will send an automated message on whether your request was accepted or declined based on availability.

Interfaith, Prayer, Reflection, Meditation and Quiet Room
Location: Cunz 357
The College of Public Health offers a quiet space for all who need a place to meditate or pray. This space is unlocked and available throughout the day.
Lactation Room
Location: Cunz 124
A private space for those who are lactating. This room is equipped with a padded chair, footrest, small table, counter, fridge/microwave, and sink. It is first-come, first-serve with an access code available by emailing CPH-Facilities@osu.edu.
Purified Water Bottle Filler Station
Location: First and Second floors near restrooms
Student Kitchenette
Locations: Cunz 278
This space offers active CPH students a place for any meal needs. Included are pantries, refrigerator, microwave, and sink for use throughout the day. Please be courteous with the use of this space and keep it clean and organized.
